About Us

iWerk provides on-site repairs for your phones and tablet at your preferred time and location. Repairs typically take around 25 to 60 minutes. Simply click “Repair Phone”, fill up the necessary details and wait for our confirmation email/sms.

Our technicians are available from 10am to 10pm daily, subject to the slots’ availability. We will try to save as many phones as we can.

Unfortunately we do not have a fixed location where you can treat us to coffee. Let our technicians know where you are, and we will travel to you instead.

Get the repair

The price you see is based on the phone model and type of issue selected in the order process. This is inclusive of the cost of replacement part(s), workmanship and transportation.

No, this has already been factored in the cost of repair.

Only the authorized service providers can claim their parts as original. Rest assured, the parts we use are of equivalent quality.

You can make the payment online (at the end of the order process), or in cash (when the repair is done).

During the repair

If you wish to modify your order, please contact us via SMS, stating your job ID. We will do our best to accommodate to your request.

 

For cancellation, please call our hotline at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, to inform us of your request. Otherwise, you will be charged a transportation fee of $25.

Currently, our booking slots are in 2-hour periods (i.e. 2pm to 4pm). As our technicians may be held up by their previous job, we seek your understanding that they may not arrive at an exact time.

Should you have require a special arrangement, do let us know at the point of booking and we will make the arrangement for you.

After the repair

Yes, iWerk provides a 30-day warranty for our replacement parts. Do note that this warranty does not cover subsequent damage caused by customer’s negligence.

The warranty covers parts that were restored or replaced by our technicians. This warranty is non-transferrable and is only valid to the device owner at the time of repair.

The warranty excludes the following:

  • Issues that existed before the repair
  • Issues that have been made known to and accepted by the customer
  • Loss of data as a result of the repair or after the repair
  • Subsequent accidental/purpose damage to the device after the repair
  • Faults irrelevant to the original repair
  • Software-related issues, such as jailbreaking
  • Water damage
  • Tampering with internal hardware or attempted self-repair
  • Known manufacturing or performance issues

No, only repairs done by Authorized Service Providers are acknowledged by manufacturers.
